This hotel was very nice and comfortable to stay at. We will definitely look at the Pullman at Penrith Panthers to stay again.

Nice flat area, lovely staff, the hotel was lovely, spacious rooms good service for my 5 night stay. Had a good breakfast option, and near by transport and fast food places if needed.

From check in to check out, the service at HM was impeccable. The Front desk team, particularly Marcus and his phenomenal knowledge of HM's history, was incredibly educational and entertaining. Thanks to Marcus and his knowledge, we learnt so much about the history of HM and it made our experience so much more endearing. Every team member assisted us with our enquiries regardless of their allocated/designated work areas (Theresa!) and the rooms and facilities are sinply breathtaking. Thank you Marcus and the entire HM team for making our stay so much more memorable and one we will never forget. We will be back very soon and look forward to creating so many more fond memories here. An absolute 10/10. Thank you!!!!
