Private twin home, only one of 6 in the small, gated community of Sand Point. This particular home also has the largest yard of our 2 bedroom twin homes. It is partially fenced. Spend your downtime on the covered outdoor patio watching on array of wildlife including, roadrunners, quail, lizards and rabbits, among many other desert creatures.

Stay in Sand Point at Entrada, the most beautiful community in Southern Utah. Our 2 bedroom, 2 bath twin home is in a gated community with a community pool & spa serving only 20 homes. Our homes are professionally decorated and we take pride in keeping them immaculate condition.

The Master Bedroom is very large with 2 closets a king size bed with high quality bed linens, walk out patio, TV and large master bathroom attached. The large master bath has 2 sinks & a large walk in shower. The toilet is separated. Our guest bedroom is large with a queen size bed and a walk out patio access. The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination, The beautiful, large living/dining area has a gas fireplace and a walk out patio.

The large kitchen has slate flooring with granite counter tops. It is stocked with any cooking item you could need. All you need is your food. There is a laundry room with washer & dryer connected to the kitchen and an iron & ironing board are provided. There is an attached 2 car garage.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned vacation home, which features a fireplace and a Smart TV. There's a private balcony or patio. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Complimentary wireless internet access is available to keep you connected.

The house was clean, lovely and very well equipped. The back yard was very nice for a small dog. The location near Snow Canyon and Harmons market was perfect for us. The only negatives were that opening the neighborhood gate required getting out of the car and punching in a code every time. Plus the fireplace was never operable and since it was winter we had really looked forward to having it, and there is a little bit of traffic noise from pioneer parkway especially if you are using the outside patio. but the manager made an effort to fix the fireplace it just never happened in the two weeks we were there. also, you have to walk across Pioneer to get to the pool.

Great home base for bike rides

We enjoyed the nearby bike paths and did rides in snow canyon from this home. We did take our car to go ride the Virgin River Trail.The home was more spacious than we expected with nice furniture, fireplace and TV. The yard was small but enjoyed sitting in the sun on the outdoor furniture. The traffic noise was a downside but only when outside. We loved the comfort of the bed in the master way above average mattress comfort. We enjoyed our stay very much the only improvements we suggest are, the lighting in the kitchen is not bright enough. Only two bath towels and three rolls of toilet paper for a week's stay was not enough.

Wonderful stay

This is a beautiful & comfortable home centrally located to Snow Canyon & other trails new construction. One-story nicely decorated clean, comfortable home with new sheets, towels, reclining leather living room sofa,& beds are perfectly firm. Property manager was very responsive and helpful. Great backyard (but a wild bunny visited us so keep dogs leashesd if they’re hunters).

Very Nice Place!

This is a great house, close to Snow Canyon. Super clean and lots of room. Great to be able to have my dog along. Enjoyed a movie in the living room that has lots of comfortable seating. It really did feel like a home away from home.

Perfect getaway

This unit was double booked but the host reached out immediately on booking to get us into another. This gated row of units is fantastic! Very clean, well furnished and quiet. Beautiful backyard area, not fenced, with some cute little visitors (quail, rabbits, roadrunners, and lizards) so keep in mind if you are bringing a dog you'll need a leash and to keep an eye out for the critters. Really nice place. The only thing we had any negative comment on was the primary bedroom mattress. It's extremely soft and you definitely sink in when laying down.

Nice property, not high end

We are really picky so take this with a grain of salt—.The property is Clean but not high end. We ended up buying our own sheets for bed as linens were tacky. Left early as not as nice as I expected. Clean but not pristine.

Great location

Close to St George for restaurants and races, super close to snow canyon state park w amazing trail running and hiking and exploring, very clean and perfect set up w two bedrooms, wonderful patio for sunshine and great pool and hot tub across the street. Will definitely come back!

Great stay - our only complaint is the roadside noise while sitting on the patio was disappointing as well as seeing the cars at night along the road while sitting in the living room - otherwise it’s a fantastic property.
