My stay at the Radisson was good because of the staff. However, this isn't my first time staying at the Radisson. However, during this stay I've noticed some of the changes compared to my last stay (July/August, 2025). The Radisson would no long provide microwave in guest rooms and guest has to request 'cocoa tea'. It is no longer place as part of the breakfast selection. Room service can improve on the length of time to deliver food to the guest. Otherwise, I enjoyed my stay

The room was spotless. The staffs are always nice, helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was good. However, coco tea was included in the menu before, but now it isn't. One is being charged 10.00 and that is a turnoff. I love the beach, pools and restaurants. This year was my third time being at Radisson Resort. Beautiful place to vacation.

Most of the staff were not hospitable at the reception, restaurants and housekeeping. The fitness center and one of the pools were closed, with no notice until our arrival. Guests had a small room to workout in which could not comfortably accommodate more than two guests at a time. Food was mediocre. Cleanliness standards are low throughout the property. When we return, we don’t plan to stay here again.

The hotel has a great location as it’s on Grand Anse beach itself. The rooms are quite basic and can do with some upgrades. The mattress needed replacing at least 5 years ago and the duvet was very lumpy. The cleaning of the rooms could also be improved because I could smell urine the minute I walked into the “freshly cleaned” room. I also had to walk all the way to the bar for ice because the ice machine was down and room service never brought the ice that I called for.

Our first room was by the kitchen and out on the patio we could smell cooking. The receptionist was wonderful. She gave us the choice of another room away from the kitchen or upgrade to beach view room. She asked bellman to show us both rooms. We chose to upgrade and did not regret it. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.!

Being in such a hot tropical place I always make sure the Ac is doing its job and at this place it was more than enough! Beds were comfortable, staff were super helpful, taxi driver Larry very nice and always on time! Flies were a pest at breakfast and at the bar outside, pools were great, good walking distance to other food locations on the beach, beach was soft little to no rocks, stray dogs here and there overall it was an average stay.

Location is PERFECT right on the Anse beach, it is NOT crowded and I loved this. Maybe 20 people ont he beach we went in Nov., resort is very well kept, pool and grounds are gorgeous. Rooms are clean and had daily service. Bfast was included and it was the usual buffet style and an omelette maker. At night they had some music by the bar and that was it- I didn’t mind since I’m not a big party person. We rented a car and drove around all over- it was easier than I thought but still stressful bc of traffic. Would 100% recommend!! Pics are wo filter and just morning / sunset from the bar area.
