Great hotel, friendly staff. Only thing qas one of their elevators were out of service so it was a bit difficult when trying to take out luggage to and from our room. Not a big deal because that's out of their control so overall wonderful stay.

Although the propery was clean, there have been some changes to it since I last stayed there 7 yrs ago. Water and coffee station in the lobby was not maintained. We went there to get water during the eveing, it was emptied and did not get refilled. They also removed their coffee canisters and did not place new coffee. The television had 7 operational channels (out of a possible 47) which very much limited viewing for a relaxing evening. The in room coffee was old school (not a keurig like most places); it was a single serve coffee machine using the "giant tea bag" format for coffee. For a basic hotel room, i was completely shocked at the price: just over $300.00 for one night (2025 Sept 10 two double beds). We have stayed at suites in Banff, AB for about the same price. The Best Western by the Airport was a better deal (which is where we checked in the following night). Would i stay there again? I dont think so. The
