The bottom had toothpast on the walls, not to mention the blood that was on the top corner of the shower curtain. There was a layer of dust over items on the main floor, which is what everyone will see first coming into the hotel. I wont be going back to this hotel. Only good thing about it, is the location.

Sandman hotel

The room was very nice however the cleanliness was definitely not up to par. There was a kitchen, and the fridge /freezer door were dirty, cupboards (the handle area specifically), the counter tops along the edges were still dirty, there were hairs in the bath tub, the picture had dirty running down it, the head board actually had a hand print like on it ... So they definitely need to pay more attention to detail.

The tub was covered in hair, there were items left in the fridge from otger people and they did not clean the room during our stay. When i told the front desk they didn't even give me compensation for these conditions. I will never stay here again. I reported that they didn't make up the room while we were out and they said the staff wrote that they did our room but did not at all. The mirror in the bathroom made a buzzing noise and you could hear people running above us. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

That saturday night we were woken by a fire alarm at 4:30am and 6:30am There was 0 communication from staff on what to do or what was happening. Then for them.to say they couldnt get someone in with keys and didnt havd keys to.go.to moxis where the alarm was triggered from was very unorganized. Thankfully the next.morning I was refunded for lne night.
