Everything was amazing. There are some things that I didn't like, like the paper on the walls in our room is a bit worn and needs to be fixed, and also the bathroom faucet isn't as clean as it should be, and the bathroom walls aren't completely clean.

The room was nice and clean enough. Reception staff was friendly and courteous. We had booked a room for 6 and when called around 9 or 9:30 to have extra bedding delivered for the pullout sofa, it took another phone call, a trip to reception and an overall wait of around 90 minutes to finally receive them. We also did not have enough towels but these were delivered promptly. As mentioned, room was clean - however, the trash cans in the hotel parking garage were overflowing on all levels. No one emptied them for the 3 days we were staying at the hotel.

The InterContinental is a nice property if you are looking to do some shopping/eating at the Plaza. I have to say it is just a tired older property that could really use some updates but the location makes up for it. Breakfast was really good and the staff there was excellent.

Beautiful hotel in walking distance to the Plaza. The plumbing needs some work; the sink and shower would backup quickly and the sink would randomly gurgle

Dated property but generally well kept. Pool and gym nice and coffee shop excellent. Restaurant ok-but Sunday buffet was disappointing. Staff was great-especially the valet service and attendants.

Nice place needs some updating.

Love the location by the Plaza. Have stayed here many times. The room was clean but requested towels that never arrived and our sink was VERY slow to drain. Minor things. Place is older and does need some updating. The valet and bell staff here are outstanding! Will stay again.
