In town for a concert right down the street. Figured they would have several people working the front counter with all the people, but no, only one person on duty. After waiting in line for about 25 minutes I finally get to the counter and then after I told him my name looks at the screen for about five minutes and says I don’t have anything for you. Mind you, I booked this several months ago. Specifically wanted two beds and a sleeper pull out. I feel sorry for the guy at the counter but I’m so irritated with management that they had no one else working and even more irritated they screwed my room up. The whole check in process took about an hour. Thankfully, the dude at the counter did give us two rooms, but we still had to double up in one bed.

Breakfast was included but didn’t participate, hi prevent bed was pretty comfy. Could have used another pillow, had 3 for king size. Only one wash cloth. Otherwise room was clean and spacious

We stayed for the concert at the Hollywood Amphitheater. It was nice that they had a shuttle over there. The bed wasn’t bad, but wasn’t the softest either.

Probably a solid place, unlucky experience.

This was our 2nd time staying at this location. The hotel is under renovations. The work that they have done looks beautiful. The staff is friendly and accommodating. They had hot breakfast served. It was perfect for our night stay.

Good stay

The staff at the hotel are wonderful. Had a glitch with the check in. room was not ready, but they gave me another. Got up to the room and the keys were not coded correctly. They promptly re-keyed them. Hotel was clean. I think new management was taking over and they are diligently working on the small issues. I have stayed here several times over the years and each time it seems management is changing. However, they do their best! I think it was overpriced, however, there was a show in town. I assume they go up on big show nights. Friendly and clean!

The shower seemed like it was going to fall apart. The ceiling in there was scary. The rug in the bedroom was pretty gross. Definitely needed to be cleaned , like steam cleaned.

The bathroom was dirty and needed to be updated. The sinks was falling apart, poor water pressure, and there was a hole in the bathroom wall that was covered with toliet paper. The beds were very uncomfortable.

Concert night

Breakfast was nothing to write home about. We didn’t eat anything after looking at it. Weird meat and the eggs looked gross. Clean room and friendly staff!
