Kayla was amazing at check in. A very valuable asset for this facility. She was courteous and kind. Smiling. Welcoming. Best part of coming to this hotel. Amenities were normal. Breakfast was your basic boiled eggs and toast and waffle kind of thing. Running out of things. Food staff talking loud from behind a door. Beds were clean but not comfortable. Was within walking distance to places.

We called ahead of time to let them know we was going to be arriving early and they told me on the phone that if my room wasn’t ready they would put us in a different room. When I went to check in they told me my room wasn’t ready and I asked to be put in a different one and she told me there wasn’t a different room she could put me in. We sat in the parking garage for over an hour and I finally went back down there and spoke to a general manager and she actually looked for a different room to put us in.
