Good place to stay!

Appreciated how close the hotel was to the arch and the baseball stadium. Walked to everything! Breakfast was average for a hotel. It was busy and so the elevators were slow! But lots of people staying there the same time as us. We arrived a few hours before check in and the game was in the afternoon. Did appreciate them letting us park in the garage early so we didn’t need to pay for parking at the stadium too. Overall, it was a good experience and we would come back!

Overall stay was good, within walking distance to restaurants and attractions. Only issue was very little water pressure in our shower, ended up losing water for a time in the shower, and we booked three rooms, but the rooms were not together or even on the same floor.

Perfect location

Hotel was clean and staff very friendly and helpful. Indoor pool room was very warm and gumid but the water felt amazing. Very close to local attractions like the Arch, old courthouse, Federal Reserve museum and 1 mile from the City Museum.

Wonderful and convenient

we went to St. Louis to see the arch and got a room with the view of the arch. We opened our curtains and went to sleep looking at thel lighted up arch! It was wonderful, the comfort of the bed was wonderful and the morning complementary breakfast was wonderful. We would totally stay here again.

Terrible Place to Stay

This may be the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I reserved a 2 bed room and received a single queen room. The lobby had to be 85 degrees. The hallways were the same temp. The entire lobby and most of the hallways smelled like weed. There was poop still in my toilet. There was things on the floor from the last people. The staff was incredibly rude, both in the evening and in the morning. The convenience area had standing water on the floor. The parking lot was a HOT MESS! My room was 78 degrees until around 3am when it finally dipped under 75 (the thermostat was on 67).

The staff was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They suggested a BBQ place within walking distance for dinner. It was excellent! The pool was okay. The exercise room was adequate. Our room had a great view of the Gateway Arch and was clean and spacious.
