The customer service was excellent! What I didn’t like about the hotel was there was no breakfast or coffee and in my room there was a microwave sitting on top of the refrigerator, but there was no outlet to plug in the microwave. This was very inconvenient because we had to go across the street to the gas station to warm our food.

Staff is sublime! Cheerful and helpful. Coffeemaker in room did not work and was quickly replaced. Urban setting on edge of The Hill. I will stay here again.

disgusting dirty told upon arrival i could have saved $$ by calling not booking online room smelled awfull od dog and mildew loud people in parking lot hallway by pool shower sprayed all over floor even with curtain closed toilet ran constantly unable to sleep due to noise unbearable smell of weed towels sheets smelled hairdryer not working everything awful

It was one of the shadiest places I have ever seen. Definitely not staying here again. It is next to an Urgent Care and a group of addicts were hanging outside.

I know it’s nothing the staff could do but the amount of motorcycles staying at the hotel behind us was insane and LOUD. The room we had has not toilet roll holder. The sliding glass door to balcony didn’t lock which I think led into the noise level. You see light through the doors. The fridge was noisy too. My kiddo lost a game console in the room and they front staff wouldn’t even go check the couch for me. He was very rude (had a foreign accent) when I called again he would not answer.

Nice, clean and spacious room...lady at reception suggested Chris Pancakes for breakfast which was very awesome..we had great time staying at Forest Park..most of the attractions were within 10 to 15 mins drive..

The first thing is that this hotel is an extended stay which is not mentioned on the app. The bathroom had rust around the pipes of the toilet, the vent in the bathroom is non existent. There was at least two kids next door kicking and banging through out the evening. I choose to pay at the facility and my card was fully charged prior to checking out
