A great location and lots of fun for our little one. The rooms were a little disappointing as the walls were partially repainted and the room had a lot of cobwebs.

We got to check in about 2 hours early due to our room being ready, staff was very friendly and knowledgeable… They kept my daughters cake & ice cream for us until later and they were always available… Room was clean stocked and comfortable…

For the most part it was a good stay, how ever they had incorrect signage. We stayed on the 4th floor and as soon as you get off the elevator there was a sign for a cafe and spa, both of witch do not exist. The carpets everywhere were bubbled up causing us to trip many times. The entire stay there was a humming in the bathroom that no one could tell us where it was coming from. Yet on Saturday afternoon, we had to endure banging and drilling for hours while a repair was done with no reimbursement offered for the inconvenience and migraine that it induced.

Not the best for the price

The indoor water park seemed really outdated. The slides were unorganized, perhaps they were short staffed? The lazy river had a limited number of tubes so you had to walk which defeats the purpose of being lazy. The kids section was closed down so a lot of kids were running in splashes in the river. The floors appeared to be dirty and since water shoes were not allowed I was uncomfortable walking around. The restaurant had amazing food. Dinner was the best part of the whole stay.
