Upon check-in, the staff took my driver's license and accidently gave it to another customer in the hotel. I had to report this to the manager and he said " oh well, at least you found it later". Wow -- I almost couldn't drive on my vacation. An apology of " I'm sorry" doesn't cut it. Be careful -- competence for basic check-in is a problem for this hotel and no free breakfast or anything.

Walk from the airport in a covered walkway. The only complaint was that the air Conditioning in our room was almost non existent and it was hot.

Hotel was fine for a short stay; very convenient for our early start. The room was pleasant, but very warm despite the air-con. Gym good, and pool area nice. The sauna was good but a too cool when we arrived, and there was no water bucket or ladle to increase the temperature. Overall a good and convenient place for a night before a flight.

This property was clean, spacious, well maintained, and is walkable to a lot of sights. The only negative is its view, which was of a parking lot and trash cans on one side and buildings on the other side. If you don’t spend a lot of time in your hotel room, it’s in a great location. If you’re hoping for a beautiful view from the windows, this isn’t it.

Water price.

Stopped here several times before the early flight to the uk. Always clean, comfy, good food. But 15 Euros for 2 small bottles of water from the mini bar is nothing short of scandalous.

Conveniently located inside airport terminal, perfect for when having an early flight or late arrival. Hotel is comfortable and staff are friendly. This hotel is my preference when needing an airport hotel in Cph
