Staff was very nice, professional and accommodating to all requests and concerns. The property is very well maintained and picturesque and beautiful. However the issues I have pertain to the quality of the rooms. Considering we stayed at the most expensive private cabins, this is definitely not a 4 or 5 star room experience that warrants such an expensive per room chart. I was immediately disappointed at the lack of furniture for clothing storage. A very small armoire with two drawers was all the you were provided to store your clothes. In short, we had to live out of our suitcases for five days. However, the staff brought a rolling garment rack to the room EXECPT IT WAS EXTREMELY CHEAP AND FLIMSY and hardly could hold more than a few garments...??? The fireplace had a big piece of glass broken from it that needed to be replace , the fireplace tools were far and few between... the bathroom had a defective light that needed to be replaced, the toilet bowl had a major flushing issue so...the fireplace had two tall backed "business type" seats and a small tall circular table right in front of it which blocked the view of the fireplace. Not sure why they didnt put a small loveseat or couch in front of the fireplace rather than 2 chairs which prevented you from cozying up with your sigificant other. the rooms have DOWN PILLOWS which I have an allergy to and I ended up sneezing like mad for most of stay. The gym was super light on equipment as well

View from room was fabulous! However, noise level was horrendous. Sounded like a heard of elephants was above us. Got very little sleep. Offered a bungalow instead but it took too long so left early. Lost some expensive diamond earrings. Don’t expect to see them again.

Stay was good, but there are hidden charges for gratuity every time you visit their restaurant for food. These charges are for gratuity in addition to what we have during the visit to the restaurant . There is no mention of automatic gratuity when reserving with expedia or at the hotel. This is very odd

The Cliffs of this resort is like a motel, the walls are razor thin and walking upstairs woke us up everyday. Also, it is nearby a busy street with lots of noise. One of the days the room was barely serviced, with just 2 towels provided, no coffee pods or bottled water. On the positive side the room itself was nice and spacious. We won't be stying here again.

Beautiful guest room. Great bedding. Wonderful tub for two. The cocktails in the bar were excellent. Food good. It was kind of drizzly in Sedona but that made the view even better. Unfortunately cook staff didn’t show for Christmas morning breakfast so we had to wait hour and a half but it was very tasty.
