The hotel was not able to offer its full service of restaurant and bar facilities due to the covid sitation, but what it did offer we couldn't fault. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. They did put on a breakfast service which was outstanding. We will definitely be staying again when we return to Stuttgart.

This hotel meets the requirements

We had a family suite. The staff gave their best to assist when needed. The room was lightly dusty. The pillows are too small, although someone else would like it that way.

Comfy but getting a little tired

A comfortable hotel with basic facilities (No room service). The room are a little tired, although comfortable and reasonably well equipped for a business trip. The Wifi is very slow, but cable (via lan adaptor) works fine. Close to railway, so easy to get around from / to.

Adequate hotel in outskirts of stuttgart.

The hotel was clean and friendly, and an adequate stay for business users. Wifi on the upper floors (5th and above) seemed non-existent, but did work on the lower floors. Decor reminded me of a mid 1980's package tour hotel in the costa del sol, but it was clean and tidy. Rooms were very spacious and Air-con worked well. The hotel is well located for business in the area, but a little isolated in the area. I would summarise as a a clean and friendly, outdated hotel providing adequate amenities .

Caught in a Time Warp in Stuttgart

The Hotel was a traditional style German hotel with the decor dating back to when it was initially built. The suite rooms were plenty big enough, but in Summer the rooms need AC as they tend to warm up very quickly. But at night the electric to the AC is turned off and the rooms get very stuffy. There is a huge construction site next door and unless you wear ear plugs to bed you'll be woken by the workers at around 06:00 The service was good, the hotel was clean.

We chose the hotel because it was close to the business location in which we were working, and right beside a U-train station for the city center. I stayed in two rooms during my stay due to a mix-up. My first room was a suite and very good, but the room I was asked to move to for the last night of my stay was quite noisy and did not have a safe. Breakfast was good, with a wide selection of food available, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Bed bug infested. Very old hotel. We were suffering after bed bug bitten our body. Immediate Checkout after one night stayed. Staff not helpful at all.

very well situated next to underground station

located next to underground so really convenient for travelling around stuttgart. staff was very helpful and the sauna facilities was ideal after each day of exploring stuttgart

When I arrived I was told I did not have a booking, however both my other colleagues had, even though I booked the rooms! They gave me a room eventually, and when I was in the room it was like an oven, I asked reception and the cleaner to leave the heating off, this was completely ignored on all 3 days of my stay, it was unbareable I had to sleep woth the winow open and my room was facing a busy road. I found the staff (apart from the bartender and the male waiter) aggresive and sometimes rude.

Decent hotel for good price

Good location, comfortable hotel for decent price. One negative only - guests are allowed to smoke in the bar !!! Not allowed anywhere else I have visited during the last several years !
