The rooms are nice and we booked two rooms as a party of 4 and it had a connected door which was cool. Beds are comfortable and you have Netflix which you can sign into if you want. Rooms are clean. The breakfast was very limited, barely any options and for €16 euros just not worth it at all. Also the staff were nice but could’ve been more helpful. We initially thought there wasn’t a usb port and forgot our eu plugs, we asked front staff if there is usb port and he said no and advised we go to the shop across road where we got a eu plug and then come back to the room and saw a tiny usb c port. Perhaps he didn’t know since this place is being renovated, but then following morning breakfast no one greeted us for breakfast and we assumed we had it included. So we went in, it was not until we were finished barely eating that she checked and confirmed we did not have breakfast. If someone had just checked before we sat down, we wouldn’t have had the breakfast and it was even more frustrating because we barely ate anything as it was very limited like the only egg was boiled and you had to boil yourself. It would’ve been nice to have at least scrambled eggs. Other than that, the hotel is just a 30-40 min journey out from central on bus but it was easy to travel from as the bus stops were literally close by. Also shops nearby which is handy. I think the let down a bit was the unnecessary expenses that would’ve been avoided if the staff just helped better.

Je vous ai déjà envoyé un mail le 1er décembre ( resté sans réponse de votre part ) pour demander le remboursement de la première nuit . En effet la nuit du ve 28 au sa 29 a été perturbée par des alarmes ( 1h52 et vers 2h05) dans les couloirs de votre hôtel pont de Suresnes . Obligeant les voyageurs a descendre par les escaliers à 2 reprises , à n 'avoir aucune excuse ni la nuit ( le seul gardien occupé au tél à gérer , résoudre ce dysfonctionnement ) , ni le lendemain. Après vous concevrez qu il est bien difficile de retrouver le sommeil . De plus le jour de notre arrivée , la première chambre attribuée au 4 ème étage était non faite . A l accueil une seconde chambre nous a été non attribuée car le pommeau de douche était cassé , enfin la 3ème était impeccable . Je vous demande pour la 2ème fois le remboursement de cette première nuit fortement perturbée par ces alarmes . La seconde nuit s'est déroulée sans incident . Cdt Mr DUBOIS

J'ai loué une chambre avec un grand lit, et à notre arrivée c'était 2 petits lits mon chéri et moi n'avons pas voulu en faire tout un plat on a rapproché les 2lits au maximum. En plus l'alarme qui se déclenche en pleine nuit , reveillant mon fils et tout l'hôtel pour un dysfonctionnement d'après eux. Le matin avant mon départ pas d'eau chaude pour prendre la douche dont toilette à l'eau froide pour toute la famille au gant. Parking payant de 60euro pour 1 jour et demi de stationnement. Heureusement le réceptionniste a fait un geste et on a payé moins cher d'ailleurs on le remercie pour ce geste très humain il n'était pas obligé. Le plus dure c'est le bruit des voitures sans cesse puisque la chambre donnait côté route. A revoir le double vitrage n'est pas suffisant, sinon la station du bus est juste en quelques mètres ce qui nous a permis tout de même de facilement se deplacer .

The bedroom is perfect, it’s large and very comfortable. The service is not so good. The bed linen are not changed. It’s expensive compared with others same price.
