The shower was fantastic at the taps but poor flow on the shower with either nuclear heat or cold, the toggle had to be turned in radians to achieve a warm ish shower

Nice hotel on the outside, very shabby inside, we travelled as a couple, and met a few friends there, we arranged to meet up in the bar, for a drink at the bar, which was advertised as being open 1500 til 2300, but wasn’t, we asked at reception and was told they had no stock. We mentioned this again at reception and they said they didn’t have a license to sell alcohol. We also found out this hotel is used as a women’s refuge! I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go to this hotel, the full English breakfast that was served was cold, and the quality of the food was terrible, I will be making a formal complaint to the hotel and to yourselves

The room was FREEZING with no heater and he window had been left open before I arrived. I was told by the front desk that they'd be turning it on (didn't happen). WI-Fi signal wasn't strong enough to reach my room on the top floor. The TV signal was constantly distorted. No hot water in the sink to have a wash. AVOID at all costs.

The room in particular was very clean in fact bathroom cleanliness was 10/10 however the lighting was all Connected to one cube so if you wanted the bathroom light on every other light had to be on which was very frustrating. The shower was just a trickle, you couldn’t shower as there was no pressure for the water to run unless you was having a bath, which was very inconvenient when getting ready for work with no time for a full bath.

The room was clean and large, couldn't get the TV to work did ask the staff but nobody came. The breakfast was good but they seemed to lack the ability to cook bacon. One corner on each slice was not cooked.

It’s very clean and nice i like staying here I always stay been here for around a week now but last week we stayed in a room with no to that didn’t matter but today we come quite early so we need a tv so I went down to reofeiptiom they gave me a key as I pt key in door a man opened the door and said this is my room so I had to go back down to receipt and then gave me another room so we packed up our stuff and then went to the other room and was not even a tv in there so then I went back down and she gave me a room with I have bulged on my back 2 of them and havin to run up and down is hard for me

Lovely stay

My room was so lovely &big,warm & most of all spotless, had a lovely 3 night stay, staff were very helpful,cheerful & friendly, ready to help if I had a question about transport,(buses) as don't drive & was travelling solo, will be back again.
