Staff great. We didn’t have any hand soap and the hair dryer didn’t work.

It says budget hotel, but it far from budget. Lovely stay facilities were great. Room was fantastic and the shower room was great too.

Great hotel, I’ve stayed many times and it’s the first time under this brand. Previously dogs could stay for free, but now it £15 per night, though the room doesn’t get serviced whilst you stay.. so this seems a bit steep. Food is overpriced in the restaurant, but the drinks are ok. Staff are very pleasant and the refurb is going well. Will be back

​We felt incredibly lucky to find The Orchard Hotel after a terrible experience at another local property forced us to move out late in the evening. It turned out to be an absolute blessing in disguise, and this will absolutely be our hotel of choice for all our family visits to Nottingham from now on. ​From the moment we arrived, we loved everything about it. The cleanliness was absolutely spotless, and the overall style and design of the hotel are beautiful and contemporary. The staff were all incredibly friendly and welcoming, which was exactly what we needed after a stressful evening. To top it off, the breakfast was fantastic. ​The only minor downside is that we would have loved for the swimming pool to be located directly within the hotel itself rather than over at the sports centre, but it didn't take away from an otherwise wonderful stay. ​Thank you to the team for turning our weekend around, we can’t wait to come back!

Stayed here for one night. Rooms and bathrooms very dated and tired. Beds and pillows very uncomfortable. I went down for breakfast about 8am and everything was cold and had run out. No juice machine, just empty jugs. Sadly I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

We were there for just two nights and decided to go eco, i.e. no maid service. This have us more flexibility to use our room when we needed. A most relaxing stay.
