Nice stay

Stay was really nice, room a little out dated. They have bathtubs with worn out shower curtain, a few stains on the carpet. Breakfast & bar staff were incredibly nice & polite.

Bathroom facilities

The shower was very small and not particularly clean around the corners and grooves in the door. The bathroom tap did not work correctly and was very stiff and slow flowing. The glass shelf above the sink was too wide as when I tried to put face in the sink to wash, knocked forehead on the glass shelf. I did report this to reception on departure.

This Hotel is , just excellent.

Yes , the Hotel was very good , ideal if going to a show at the Motorpo[nt Arena, just 12 to 15mins walk, also if you don't fancy taking your car to Nottingham, then you can arrive by train, the Hotel is only a 10 minutes away!. This is our second visit to this Hotel , and when we return any reason , we will try and book a room here, number one choice.!

Under staffed

A very average stay. At Check In Robin insisted it was company policy to show ID and have my actual bank card to pay deposit. When i told him id stayed at loads of other Leonardos he said its only a Nottingham policy, surely a lie? Getting a drink is nearly impossible, (no cash) 4 people waiting NO BARSTAFF. Left room at 630am, put on door the clean room sign, arriving back at 345 pm and maid was only just starting. No parking so have to park at Premier Inn. Not really in town centre more near train station. Others much closer. Wouldn't rush back. Expensive for what it is.

Great stay as usual.

Lovely stay at the Leonardo Nottingham. They had laid out a table for the hockey play off weekend for people to have free treat which is appreciated and a nice gesture.The beds as always were comfortable and the rooms were clean and as expected. The only thing that I would say as a downside is that the doors are quite heavy and when people leave their rooms they would slam shut and make a loud noise. This woke me up on one of the mornings of my stay.

Disappointed with the hotel. Stayed because close to Motorpoint Arena. Location is good for that and city centre. No parking at hotel but near railway station with reasonably priced car park. But found reception staff unfriendly and the room we were given had not been cleaned when last users left. We were given another room but when we returned late on 3rd day of stay after long day out the housekeeping staff had left our room door unlocked. I appreciate the hotel was very busy but this is obviously unacceptable. Last straw, the lifts take forever to arrive and to get to destination (one was out of order)!

Great hotel

Another fantastic stay at Leonardos, hotel clean, breakfast excellent, staff extremely helpful. Only down side beds are a bit hard. We will be back though

Filthy dirty room, noisy environment. The hotel needs some tlc badly. Stayed last year and it seemed ok, however after this stay I will not be returning.

Toast? What toast?

Very little options on Breakfast Was told that 2 bits of toast was going to cost me £13 for breakfast which I find outrageous, especially with travelling with a child
