I liked that it was within walking distance of where we were going for the evening and the bed was comfortable. Disliked the really bad paint fumes coming from the room next to us that was being renovated. Gave me a headache. The shower had a long black hair on the floor and dirt pushed up into one corner. We went out for a couple of hours and when we returned at around 10:30pm the electronic lock on our room door would not unlock so we were left standing in the hallway waiting for more than 30 minutes for someone to come and fix it.

For the price, it did the job, but at a low level. Water pressure in bathroom shower was so low I couldn’t wash my hair my entire stay. If you are short you would struggle too. Water also kept changing temperature quite extremely. Wouldn’t want to have a child trying to use the shower as they would have to adjust the tap every 30 seconds (no exaggeration) Curtains extremely dirty. Hair (not mine) stuck to shower wall! Room smelt of cigarette smoke even though it was a non-smoking room. Ashtray on balcony was concerning. Only bin in room was in bathroom. Needs bin in kitchen considering full kitchen provided. Also, some kind of waste disposal option noting limited housekeeping. On the up side. Staff were responsive and helpful. Bed was comfortable. Decent location for accessing everything I needed. Probably wouldn’t stay again, just based on shower.

I have still note recieved my 200 dollar security deposit back. Its been 11 days since my checkout. Another guest told be he had read many reviews about this issue and told me good luck getting youre deposit returned

My first room had a very smelly odour and was dirty. The cooktop was a portable cooker with rusted elements you would pull out of the door. Very limited bench space. I asked for another room and it took 2 days to change. Finally got my new room after threatening to leave. Room was cleaner but tv didnt work. Had to wait another day for a new tv. Belcony air-conditioned was leaking water and i slipped on the tiles hurting my back and head slamming on the tiled floor. This complex has full-time residents on the higher levels and are not friendly. There were asian ladies coming to the foyer asking if i was staying here and if wanted extra services. They charged me a $200 bond which i agreed to pay. The day i was suppose to check out my flight got cancelled so i booked another night. They again asked for a $200 bond. Now 2 weeks later they are still holding onto $400 bond. PLEASE STAY AWAY
