Only one trolley not enough. Tried to call staff so many times. Not their fault you need more staff. I needed to use oven as no instructions . I ended up going down but instructions not relevant to the oven. In the end could cook for my son. Not happy. Then the fridge door couldn’t shut spend half an our trying to resolve had to remove all of the shelves. Issues was the door shelf kept jamming. People next door came back at 2 woke us up they were noisy for next two hours!!!!!!

Our room was delayed by over 1.5 hours and we were left waiting. We only got our room as I helped housekeeping make the beds. Housekeeping apologies but not reception. Despite requesting a quiet room, we were disturbed by traffic noise all night. The gym was a tiny room with 4 pieces of equipment. Despite being apartments, there's no grocery or any food outlets nearby.

Close to the Macquarie Park Metro station (15min walk). Great location. Easy to get to. Comfortable. Clean. Great customer service. Check in was a breeze.

The Studio was very well equipped, the property condition good and inviting - they were painting the walls during my stay. The staff is very friendly and when I forgot my hairdryer in my room they checked immediately and called me back. They even checked upon picking up that it was mine. Very happy about that.

Rooms were not sound proof as stated on the booking, we could hear the next door room banging most nights and someone kept connecting to our tv with their phone. It was also a shame about the paint fumes on the bottom floor as they were renovating. Otherwise a the room was nice, clean and good air conditioning. Would have liked an extra cloth and stay to clean the work tops after cooking but everything else we needed was there

Terrible.

Terrible. Worst Quest we have ever stayed in. Staff were not helpful. Our booking says I get free secure parking as I am a gold member, get there and was told it’s a additional cost told to park outside (in the storm) if I didn’t want to pay. Room was dirty, smelt bad, most uncomfy bed ever, so loud outside not very soundproof. I usually don’t write bad reviews but this was terrible for a quest. Also was made pay a deposit even though nothing is said prior.

property was great for an overnight stay. Our room had a little kitchenette which would be excellent for extended stays. A small balcony available it you wish to sit outside (the view was the neighbouring office building- so don't stay if you want amazing views!). It was perfect for our travel needs. The only negative was the air conditioning wasn't working well- it might need a clean out. But this won't stop me from staying there again.

Convenient stay

We stayed for one night. Family of 4 with kids 9 and 13. Needed to be close to transport, reasonably priced and central to the city as well as the northern beaches. The Quest ticked all these boxes. Super easy to get to the city on the Metro. 20mins ride. Easy to get to Macquarie centre also. Check in was easy enough however the agent checking us in made us feel like an inconvenience as we had turned up 45 mins before 2pm then made it seem like he was doing us a favour by checking us in earlier into our room that was “just green lighted to go into”. If we were early, not a problem, we could’ve gone and come back, just don’t make the customer feel like an inconvenience or a bother. Room itself served its purpose. Wifi was a little slow but fine as it was. Was good enough for what we needed.
