The room was clean and comfortable. There was a bit of noise from other guests but that's not through any fault of the hotel. Housekeeping was prompt if we needed anything and check in and out was easy.

We have stayed here many times and always enjoyed it however this time around it was lacking particularly in the staff and service area. We used to look forward to visiting the restaurant however this time the service was poor. The reception staff were also not fantastic. Organising a late checkout and then having to return to reception twice - once because key had expired and a second time when the replacement key was not coded correctly was a low light. Convenient but sadly not up to its old standard

Quick Trip For A Sporting Event

Great hotel in a great location. 10 minute walk to domestic airport and Mascot Railway Station. A large room with a sofa. Quiet. Showing some minor signs of wear. This was our second stay here in 12 months and would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location

Perfect location, just a 3 minute drive from airport to the hotel. Only negative point was that shuttle bus is about 13$ par person and you could simply walk and it is about 15 minutes walking distance. The rooms are clean and very confortable. A great restaurant in the hotel, with a buffet breakfast available.
