I love the location which is adjacent to the city. The hotel is right across from a bus that will take into the city within a few stops. The hotel is clean and modern, as it was a remodel of an oder hotel. Make sure to close your bathroom window or the bugs will get in. Housecleaning also cleans with the door open so look out for critters. The cafe, grocery store and deli across the street are so good. The cafe had a better breakfast for just a smidge more. The area itself is cute with bookstores, cafes, and a post office.

This was our 2nd stay at the Haven and unfortunately it did not meet our expectations due to a pudgent smell of sewer from the bathroon. It was so strong that we needed to leave the balcony door open and the air con on. We reported this to the morning desk manager. I have also sent an email directly to the haven and have not received a reply. Our $291 was not well spent. Very diappointing!

Ok for the price. Was given wrong room key on check in. Staff opened room for me because it wasn't working...a little embarrassing as they were getting changed. Another room was assigned to me. Room a little dated by clean and bed comfortable for the night.

Very small lift and slow, room could do with a proper chair to sit at the table, very quiet except for door slamming. Clean, good shower and comfortable bed. Stayed for 5 days with microwave and gym being handy additions. Thank you.
