Front desk told me they would immediately e-mail a reciept for my stay. All I recieved was a request to review the stay. Please tell Comfort Inn to send me a receipt for my stay like they promised.

Unfriendly reception upon arrival. Room was musty and entire hotel smelled like disinfectant. Bugs in our room. Why a deposit?? Bed sheets were discolored. Pillows uncomfortable.

Just two hours after checking in, one of the staff members decided to open our door without warning, not even a knock, and look into our room. My girlfriend and I had to yell to get the person to leave, and we were caught in what should have been a private setting. This was borderline traumatic. This was highly unusual, I have never had hotel staff just open the door like this in 30 years of traveling and many stays. Reached out to the company, 3 days and no response. Do not stay at this hotel if you value your privacy. Staff is sketchy.

Booked a two night stay, check-in Friday and check-out Sunday morning. Saturday our room keys stopped working. The issue was addressed with front desk staff. The female behind the counter insisted it was because we stored the keys near a cellphone. There was a male near the counter that contradicted her stating it was a system issue. Very frustrating to deal with.

Great stay, would stay again

Arrived very late from late flight, and asked for a quiet room as I was severely lacking sleep. Was provided an upgrade and a very quiet, clean room. Gentleman at check-in was very kind and accommodating and inquired about my stay the next morning. Breakfast options the next morning included yogurt.
