Front desk staff was great. However, housekeeping was so loud they woke me up. Room was dusty and gave me allergies. Bed felt old and springy. Location was hard to find with smal signage. Breakfast ended way too early. Just unpleasant overall.

The hotel is very outdated, however was clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast, was hot and the gentleman working kept the hot food coming. The proximity to what we wanted was great. We did not spend too much time in the room but would stay again if we were coming through Syracuse again.

Nothing more could be done for our noisy neighbour fighting screaming and constantly slamming their door. However we were on the 4th & top floor and could clearly hear the conversations coming from outside vehicles arriving leaving their doors, and there was a reeking smell in our room.
