Our sheets and comforter and mattress pad were all dirty. The mattress pad had dried blood on it. The sheets were ripped and they had something left on them as well as the comforter. We made a complaint and they did not bring sheets to us. We had to get them and change the bed in order to go to sleep. There was 1 towel for two people and the shower had little pressure

There were issues with the Keys, not a big deal, but there was no hot water. That is a big deal. They should have discounted everyone's bill. When you're traveling you want to take a shower. Having hot water is a must.

Few months ago I traveled without my tiny dog and had a beautiful room and overall I was very satisfied even with the renovation going on. But for this trip, I had my small dog and kids and my room was on the 3rd floor. The room was not as expected. Definitely didn’t look really clean and the worse was the mattresses with huge yellow stains, also the sheets had some black stains. They did smell clean but really gross me out. Also, the box spring cover had huge stains. I really felt uncomfortable to sleep in the bed but I was so tired after driving all day and I arrived in middle of night. So, I just looked for bugs and didn’t see anything. That’s good!!! And tried to get few hours of sleep. The breakfast was ok, not great. Honestly, I am a regular customer for the last 5 years and I really thought with the renovation going through it would have been the perfect stay, but it keeps getting worse. Very disappointing.

The pool was very small. Room was rather large however linens, carpets and couch were all in very rough shape with a lot of stains. Over al cleanliness was rather poor. The breakfast was substandard at best. They staff reminded me of a reformatory staff rather than hotel staff.

Front desk clerk was very rude, confrontational. The room came with three towels, I asked if I could have Xtras, was told no, although the reservation was for five ppl. The hide away bed had dirty linen on it also the bed didn’t secure properly my grandson’s foot went through it( thought he broke his leg… God’s blessing he didn’t) the beds were VERY uncomfortable The eggs and sausages on the breakfast were cold, coffee tasted old. I was very disappointed over all with my visit here

Did not know that the hotel was under renovation. Pool and fitness center closed. Rarely saw anyone at desk- had to wait for someone to wander by asking if I needed help to go find staff for check-in. Breakfast first day was ok, but second day variety of offerings was very limited even though I arrived at the same time.

Customer service was below average for sure. Hardly was there an attendant at the front desk. Every day when returning to the hotel, I had to get a new key card. I was told it is my fault, that i must be leaving it next to my phone or wallet. I travel for a living and i have never had this problem occur. there were other guest that had the same issues. there were dogs in the room next to me that barked the entire night. finally at midnight it got resolved. the next night, there was someone staying next to me that was smoking marijuana. Overall, it was not a relaxing stay.

Mary checked us in right away and was very friendly. Trip to visit Syracuse University so it was a quick trip. Free breakfast including a do it yourself waffle station made check out a breeze!

The hotel was not clean. Rooms are outdated, especially the furniture. Our room was not cleaned when checked in and had to wait until someone cleaned it. However, the staff was very friendly and helpful but they are in a bad spot. The hotel needs serious investment in order to be a variable hotel. I was promised a discount but have yet to see it.

I had issues with other guests’ dog barking and had to move rooms. Then, had to move rooms again for the second night of my stay. All of this was navigated patiently and with priority by the woman who works the night desk. She made it happen at minimal inconvenience to me.
