Room was spacious and clean. Dated facilities. Broken hinges on cabinets, deadbolt didn't work, furniture in need of replacement. Price was the driver, just needed a place to sleep for a night. I'd go back if the circumstances were the same.

The night we checked in, there were 3 police cruisers in the parking lot checking out some individuals on some disturbance. It gave the first impression that its a trouble area. The room was small and only had 1 chair for the 2 of us. The TV was mounted high on the ceiling and hard to watch in a sitting position. The shower pressure was weak and the lever was broken. Though the beds were firm and comfortable for a good sleep. Breakfast was subpar with limited choice, worse the coffee machine was out of service, so we left without any breakfast. I thought the cost was a bit high for what it's worth, I will not recommend this hotel to anyone at all.

Room was ok. Sofa had stains on it, so did the cushions on the window. Seemed clean and bed seemed to be clean too. It was an ok place to spend the night on the way home from a trip. Desk clerk at check-in was very friendly, the morning clerk didn't even look at me.

Staff was amazing! The only downside was no usb ports in room, but thankfully Alex at the front desk had one i could use. Alex went out of his way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Would definitely stay there again.

The property was very old and worn out. I tried to take a bath and the stopper was broken. The blinds didn’t shut completely. The furniture was damaged. Don’t bother with the breakfast.

The couch was so stained we had to cover with blankets. Paint coming off ceiling in bathroom. Stains in sink unsure what is was but gross. Wet residue stains on walls very gross. The property advertisement does not show current status.

The property was extremely old and outdated, with horrible smelly carpets through-out the entire building. The ceiling smoke detector was hanging off the ceiling. The comforter had stains, and the bathroom faucets were dirty and had rust stains on them. The toilet backed up on us in the middle of the night, my husband used the plunger that was in the bathroom to get the water to go back down and the towels to mop up the water on the floor. When I told the front desk lady at check-out she accused us of flushing something inappropriate down the toilet. She never apologized or took accountability for the inconvenience that we experienced. From the time we entered the door, we smelled the water damaged carpets and there was an air fresher plugged into the wall on the 2nd floor going to our room and that didn't help the smell at all, as the carpet in the room was stained and smelly as well. The property should be removed from the list of hotels on Expedia and Wyndham should be ashamed to be associated with this property. This was a horrible experience and I only stayed because everything else near Syracuse University was booked.
