Great room, very comfortable with plenty of hanging space and the washer/dryer was so useful. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Great location next to the station and the private onsen were lovely.

This location exceeded our expectations. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Location next to the train and bus station were ideal for our purposes. Loved having so many shopping and dining options within walking distance. Clean, spacious and well laid out room. Laundry located in the room was especially convenient after long travels. Will book here again when we next return to Takayama. Highly recommended!

Great spot in Takayama, nice onsen and breakfast. Enjoyed my stay.

The rooms were comfortable, the staff is courteous. They go above and beyond to ensure your comfort. Every time we left and came back they would bring a new little snack to our room. they also put you in a yukata with a big bow when you first arrive. They have delicious sake and herbal tea available in the lobby. The onsen is beautiful. The breakfast is beautiful and like art. Great place to stay. We stayed 2 nights as a couple

The spa was relaxing and the space in the hotel and room arranged very conveniently. Overall a refreshing and peaceful stay.

Room is small but cozy and extremely clean with great sound proofing even though we are above the train tracks we could barely hear trains arriving/leaving Staff is very welcoming and can communicate efficiently using English Breakfast is just too fantastic with great choices of local produce and Japan and western cuisine Bar is nicely decorated and I bet in summer when the glass door could be opened it’d just be so serene Had chance to use private hot spring room reasonably priced It has a great location about 3 min walk to train and bus station and only 10-15 min walk to the old street
