We arrived Thanksgiving night. The room we reserved was unavailable. We were upgraded to a room that was so far away that the walking and staircase use was unbearable. The TV did not work (cable was unplugged), heater kept cycling every 5 seconds, no waste baskets in the rooms (suite) there were 2 in the bathroom. AS an analogy, it was a beautiful vintage car whose engine sputtered and only went 2 miles per hour.

Disgusting! The shower water came out brown, do not stay in this hotel. When we claimed at the reception they said they had issues with their pipes but still sold their inhabitable room to us. We made a claim and received no response.
