Buffet breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of food. The staff are polite and efficient. The location of the hotel is excellent and within easy walking distance of Te Papa, theatres,Parliament and restaurants. The only downside of my stay was an excessive bond($100 per room per day) as I do not have a credit card. This would limit the length of stay at this hotel

Very clean and tidy room. Quiet and comfortable. Excellent service. Great location! We will definitely use Quest again when we visit Wellington.

Parking is disappointing to have to pay - a major was the fact that i had an e-mail and my understanding of the word VALET meant the car was looked after and cleaned inside and out while we weren't using it !!!! the car wasn't in a covered area but at least we were lucky and had one of the few parks outside the hotel but again why such a high price for there own spaces.Lovely and very relaxing bath and good pressure with shower. Lounge room abit basic and obviously no welcome little bits .Poor changing facilities for Gym and pool NOT even a shelf or table to rest clothes.Overall a very pleasant stay though due to other commitments we didn't experience the evening meal or breakfast offerings.

Nice hotel, great location for business traveller and a fair price. Didn’t touch their breakfast because there are so many excellent cafes around with a better offer.

The room was very clean, and the staff was totally amazing. The security guard was very happy; he really enjoys his job and is also very helpful. I didn't get to try breakfast this time, but maybe next time I will. Parking isn't that great; you can definitely only take a small car as it is very tight, but I was warned before I arrived.

Very convenient access to downtown Wellington and staff provided a map to guide us to a shortcut to Lambton Quay. The room was comfortable, very clean, and had a combination washer/dryer and small kitchenette for making a simple meal. Handy, free onsite parking and friendly staff.
