The first room didnt have hot water but the helpful staff helped us get into a new room that did quickly even though it was a late hour.

The room was filthy,cracks in the bathroom,the bathroom screen was cut open,window didn’t lock or close ,phones were not working,and people were hanging around the front of the building.so it was very scary.doors did not have a dead bolt lock.floors were sticky.refrigerator was not working properly.i was very disappointed.because we reserved 2 rooms,for 3 nights,and had to cancel my reservation and also my sister rented there to ,and she canceled her reservation too.and still haven’t received my credit back for my refund.

Staff was good, easy check in. The room however, wasn’t good at all. Bedspread had cigarette burn holes, bathtub had a hole on the side on the inside. Water wouldn’t turn off. Worst part, zero hot water. Zero! In the sink or the shower. TV was bigger than mis completely. off.

Someone knocking on door in middle of the night, knocking on the window, banging on walls, people yelling all hours of the night. Homeless people on the stairs. Very interesting night. Would never stay here again.

Room was cleaned I always choose motel 6 because they stick to making sure all your needs are being met but the studio 6 on Florida is my favorite the manager there is a very understanding and very courteous gentleman Id recommend it no doubt 💯💯

Yes the parking was very easy to use the rooms are very spotless the vet manager he was very understanding and they're very courteous always trying to figure out if you need anything and what would make your stay better

I do like this motel but it seems every stay and I've stayed more than 8 times the rooms restrooms are always backed up . the stay isn't as desirable because the smell coming from the toilets are disgusting.😫

Place was horrible rooms were dirty. Door had large holes in them stuffed with tissue. Drug addicts hanging out in the parking staff was rude when i asked for another room.

The location is unsafe there were drug dealers and drug users on the property. My room was missing the toilet seat, the ironing board appeared to have dried blood on it and the towels had rust stains on them.

Horrible! Druggies is the parking lot, filthy rooms, holes in the blankets. Felt unsafe so we left. Not sure how they earned those positive reviews?? Probably bought! Don’t stay here.
