The hotel was wonderful. The staff (Caleb) was very hardworking and helpful. We felt very welcomed. The room was gorgeous. Walkers shortbreads were on the coffee cups. We would stay here again!

5star-I think not!!

5star-I think not!! Limerick has far better hotels that this one i.e. The Strand Hotel across the water. Mixed experience during my stay. On one hand, the room was beautiful and found some parts of the dining experience in the Hamptons enjoyable, like the starter- bang bang chicken and sticky toffee dessert. However, the main course- steak and cod mornay did not meet our expectations, nor did the breakfast the following morning especially considering its a five-star hotel. They lacked seasoning and flavour. So many issues with the spa, for example the lack of staff and unpleasant smell- mould. We were all set for a nice relaxing time in the spa but turned on our heels. Disappointing stay!!

The staff couldn’t have been more accommodating. Our ferry to Ireland was delayed a day so they moved our booking with no issue, when we arrived we had been upgraded too. Gym and pool were great, the rooms were so comfortable. 5* experience for sure
