Nice last-minute booking

It was your basic last minute motel booking nice enough to spend the night if you have to clean rooms despite the outside of appearance, but don’t make it your first pick restaurant closed bar closed, but on the high side pool is beautiful and open and open late.

Ive stayed in many hotels but this one was BY FAR the worst. Shady people walking in and out of the property. Pubic hair on the beds sheets, stained carpets throughout, tub not cleaned, curtains broken, outlets exposed and it smelled like mold. I have pictures to prove it. Its unfortunate because the hotel has potential and the staff was very nice.

The front desk clerk was ignorant the hallway smelled so bad and f rotting food and dog. There was a dog running the halls at 3 am very old and run down. Never again

The lobby is done nice. You turn the corner to go to your room and it’s like an entirely new building of gross. The carpet in the room had a wet feeling to it. The towels felt like they were somewhat washed with something to make it hard. No blow dryer No remote Both those items I had to request and then wait for. At 5am I was woken up by someone allowing their dog to run up and down the hallway. While yelling at their guest mates. Breakfast even though it was available at cost was never offered for purchase either. The pool hours are not desirable.

The light switch in the room was broken. The TV didn’t work. The parking lot was horrendous with potholes and no lights in the back where I was told to park. I would’ve called about the issues but there’s no telephones in the room.

Horrible experience

When in doubt, get out. After 12 hours of traveling.. Upon arrival while walking to room the carpet was stained and dirty. Very outdated and not kept up. They only supply facial soap for the bathroom. I asked for hand soap from the maid and they had none. One roll toilet paper. Plaster falling off wall in bathroom. Went for pizza and returned with 3 slices in a box. Within less than an hour, we noticed ants on the bed. Checked the pizza box and it was covered with ants. Safety was an issue also, the side entrance doors that usually require a card to unlock and enter were broken and didnt lock at all. We found another place to stay for the remainder of the tripand hotel refused to refund balance of the days we didnt stay.

I loved the hospitality. The front desk was excellent. Everything was clean. My suggestion is to have the rugs updated. The hallway looks too worn out. The parking lot needs some work. Pot holes were noticeable giving the entrance a not very pleasant look. Other than the suggestion everything and everyone was excellent. I’d love to visit the hotel again.
