Fantastic location close to major sights and 20 minute walk to old town. The hotel had great service and had clean rooms with nice amenities. We liked the fact that the staff spoke English and were super helpful

We have stayed in the Miro before and really like it. Good location, and very modern, clean, so we went back. We were offered an upgrade but this room was next to lift and noisy so we rejected it. The front desk manager was not particularly helpful is changing our room; very sullen. Also, you now need to download an app and complete a form to park your car in the city, which would have been helpful to receive this information before arrival. The concierge helped this process so eventually got fixed.

The hotel has a great location. We loved the room. The bed is nice, firm and comfortable. Nice crisp linens. Pillow fit just right. The shower was great and the room was clean. Overall, a very good stay and staff were very nice.

Good centrally located hotel

Very nice hotel right downtown Bilbao and mere steps away from the Guggenheim Museum. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable as well.

Great hotel at a great locstion

Excellent location right across the Guggleheim Museum and many choices of restaurants and tourist attractions all walking distance. People at the hotel are welcoming and help you in every way possible with ideas, recommendations, directions and more. The rooms have all you need for a comfortable stay. Bilbao is beautiful town but if you can rent a car and drive to the many small towns on the north coast that are within two hours drive on beautiful roads. This area is gorgeous and the Miro and its personnel made it that much better. Highly recommended!!!!
