The location is good. The staff were very nice. The pool area was quiet and comfortable. Zicatela beach is wonderful for walking, with many restaurants to choose from. The hotel is showing its age. It needs some maintenance in the rooms. The price of the food on premise is one of the most expensive in the area. A note about spa services, one of the BEST MASSAGES I have ever had. Be aware that spa services must be paid in cash when services are provided. It is not charged to your room tab. That was not clear on the reception marketing materials. It caused a little confusion, but may be just my lack of fluent Spanish.

We had an incredible time staying here. It is so beautiful and relaxing. Such lovely and kind staff. The only issue was that they had terrible Wi-Fi. My brother had to work a lot so that was a real problem.

This was a very good location for still going out but just far enough away for the nightlife. Pool was clean and we liked that there was a separate kids pool. Beautiful view from our room of the beach and pool. The restaurant was good which was a surprise as those can always be iffy at the hotels. We will stay again for sure.

Didn’t wear shoes the whole time I was there able to walk across a road to the beach each day. Wonderful restaurant, beach towels available. Little Library. Friendly staff. A carafe of water in glass in my room each day much better than plastic. Old-fashioned Spanish decor loved it. highly recommendef recommended.

Excellent hotel

The hotel was excellent. The restaurant very good, but unfortunately the cappuccino machine was broken. I was surprised that Junior Suite only meant bigger room with a coffee maker, but it was lovely. Pools were perfect.

We had a wonderful stay! Will be back next year :) Staff was lovely and accommodating. Our driver Oscar who was recommended to us for our airport pick up and drop off was amazing! Highly recommend him for any excursions as well 😊 We had caught a sailfish on our fishing trip and the kitchen staff cooked it up for us and it was delicious in a fish taco! So grateful for all of the memories and kindness! Thank you Santa Fe :)
