We loved the Gate Hotel. The staff was so friendly and helpful! We booked a triple room and although we thought it could be tight, it was surprisingly roomy. The bathroom was big too, with a double sink. This truly helped with three adults in the room!

This is my second stay at The Gate Hotel Tokyo. This time, I stayed at one of their Modest rooms, and it's great for a solo traveler. The room that I was given did faced the train tracks, so light sleepers beware! I also loved the location of the hotel that's right by the edge of busy Ginza - not only do you get plenty of F&B options around, there's also plenty of retail businesses to shop till you drop. The room sizes, though small by US standards, are adequate. Compared to my first stay, the front desk staffs have indeed improved in their efficiency and language skills. They have been nothing but helpful and pleasant to interact with. Housekeeping was great too, keeping my room clean throughout my entire stay! The only con that I can think of is the price. This hotel is getting more expensive and at the prices that they are currently charging, one might be tempted to stay at another hotel of a similar, if not better, calibre, but at a lower price. As for me, I would continue to be a repeating customer as long as the price is reasonable!

The Gate was absolutely perfect for a 6 night stay. The staff is wonderful, the hotel is so clean and modern. Great location near the trains, restaurants, shopping etc. I would definitely stay here again.

Smart modern hotel in the heart of Ginza great accessibility to train stations and shops. The hotel is very clean and tidy, excellent bathroom facilities and a very comfortable bed. My second stay here, planning a third later on in the year.
