We were late arriving and we were processed quickly and efficiently and courteously (even at midnight). Our shuttle came promptly and operates 24 hours, so we got one at 3:40 am! Room was spacious, clean and mattress was very comfy. We will return!

The pool area was incredible. It was nice to see a facility in such impeccable condition that has not been updated just for the sake of updating. It really felt at home there. The staff were very understanding and helpful with any requests. The vanity pack of toiletries came in handy. The shuttle from the airport was great as were the drivers. Highly recommend.

Excellent shuttle bus service and staff in the early morning. Room was clean. Best part was live music and excellent food, drinks and service. We went to the lounge bar just behind the front desk area. Two great guitar players and singers.

The room was poorly cleaned and smelled very dusty. Although I don’t normally have allergies, I experienced the worst allergy symptoms during our stay. We reported this to the front desk, but they did not address the issue or offer a solution, aside from suggesting we check out early without any refund for our three nights.

Found the lady staff at the reception rude. Something was not working, and when I called, the lady said it might be my fault. They sent someone and fixed it, but the behaviour could have been better. The hotel looked jaded and needs an upgrade. Not staying there again.
