Staff was great. The room was awesome. They gave me an upgraded room too with better lighting and view. Restaurant choices in the hotel were very nice. The food was great. Loved that place. Would definitely go back and stay at the Bisha Hotel again

The whole experience at the Bisha Hotel was just great, I can't say there was anything that wasn't ... except perhaps the weather, which was terrifically wintery, but that was beyond the scope of even the capable hands at the Bisha Toronto.

From the moment we arrived at Bisha, we were treated like VIPs. From the friendly and caring staff who were ready to cater to any requests (special thx to Norbert and Doris!), the special birthday touches for our milestone celebration, to the cool lounge, great cocktails & DJ and excellent coffee shop (French Made) we loved it all!! We would highly recommend this hotel and will stay there again. We already had other plans otherwise we would have had a meal at their restaurant, Kost. If you want a special experience, pls visit Bisha.

This hotel was fantastic. My girlfriend and I stayed for Valentine’s Day and this was the best room we’ve stayed at. The staff were very kind and the rooms were exceptional. They welcomed us with some complimentary Prosecco and brought our stuff up for us. The restaurant was great (a little pricey though) The only reason this isn’t a 5 star, 10/10 is because they hosted a live music Jazz night that was supposed to end at 10pm and when we showed up at 9pm, the live music had already ended. We were in the hotel since approx 6:30pm and would have arranged to show up sooner had we known. Valet also took 40 minutes, which was a bit of a long wait (they did inform us there was a car blocking the car drop off after we had been waiting 25 minutes)
