Room was very nice and the beds were very comfortable. Check in/out staff were friendly, but the check in guy was not terribly clear when explaining things and had a strong accent that didn't help with the explanations. The breakfast was very lacklustre. Bagels, yogurts and muffins. Pretty pathetic when compared to free breakfasts at other hotels. Without the breakfast the hotel was an 8.5/10. The breakfast and communication issues dropped it to a 6/10

Smiles and Greetings are Greatly Appreciated

I'm thoroughly impressed with my hotel "motel" room - it has everything I need, and more! The bathroom is particularly well-designed, with plenty of bars and hooks for towels and robes. I also appreciate the large, wall-attached containers for shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and body wash from the brand 'Zero%. It's a refreshing change from the small bottles usually provided by by big hotels. Unfortunately, during my four-day stay, I found the hotel atmosphere unwelcoming due to the employees' lack of smiles and greetings.

-Hotel was clean and cozy -Friendly staff -Location was fantastic! Costco, gas station, ample food choices within walking distance & easily accessible to the highway. -Pool access -Free outdoor parking, including spots for electic cars -Free simple breakfast (bagles, muffins, boiled eggs, coffee and juice) -Access to microwave and coffee 24/7 in the lobby/common area. -24/7 Hotel convience store on site (Items such as bottled water, instant noodles, etc. can be purchased.) The room is basic and functional with shelf storage instead of drawers, a mini-fridge & an expandable work desk. Rooms on the first floor have access to a sliding door that lead outside & a brush door sweep is installed at the main room entrance to prevent drafts & noise from the hallway. The room was quiet. Body wash, shampoo, conditioner, lotion & hand soap are provided as large shared bottles attached to the wall. The face soap was the only individually wrapped item. Cons: -Carpeted flooring (For allergy sufferers) -Fixed shower head (An issue if you are taller & have a larger frame) -Slight water temperature variation from the sink, predominant in the morning. -Air conditioner was noisy and rattled a bit. -Parking lot has limited spaces. -The conditioner bottle was empty. In conclusion, I would stay at this hotel again. The location is close to essentials, highway & the area felt safe. Free parking, simple breakfast, friendly staff & overall cleanliness were also appreciated.
