It was an average stay. Did not like that we did not get a free breakfast with room. We needed to be at the airport before 0700 and did not like that we were not guaranteed a shuttle over. it was a standby basis which is not a warm and fuzzy feeling that early in the am. All we could think about is whether or not we would not make our flight if we did not get on the shuttle

We normally stay at this hotel for access to their free airport shuttle. Be aware that after 2 am the shuttle no longer runs on a fixed schedule. The reception staff is always quick to tell you that you can call the front desk from the airport to arrange a pickup. However they left us stranded at the airport for an hour and a half, and even after 3 calls, we never received a shuttle. The front desk staff was unapologetic and even combative even after I finally took an uber back to the hotel, they blamed the shuttle service and us rather than taking any responsibility for misguiding us. We also requested a late checkout of noon, considering we did not get to our room until 3am. Housekeeping made multiple attempts to enter our room before noon. The first was at 10:45, before even a standard check out time. I attribute these shortcomings to the staff. They do not seem engaged or committed to providing a good experience for their guests. I can’t imagine this is the standard that Hilton strives for.
