Did not receive perks like room upgrade or extended checkout time just like the previous time that I had booked with this hotel. Receptionist forgot about the free drink and so I had to inquire about it. They gave bottle of water as the drink. Not satisfied with check-in this time.

Good place to stay when you have to cross GTA on a long drive. The stuff are very welcoming, free parking, restaurant open late - no nead to go out or order.
