The room had bugs and i was bitten in more than one spot. When I came to Expedia for help, despite having proof, Expedia sided with the hotel. I'm out the cost of the hotel and all my overnight items (clothing, jacket and bags). I couldn't risk my home being infested.

The gentleman at the front desk who checked us in was wonderful. I forgot my ID at home, and he still helped us out, and got us into our room. The room was amazing. Super clean, and the hot tub was incredible. We had dinner in the restaraunt, and jt was amazing. Also, the breakfast was great. We will be back again for sure.

room and staff were great, the continental breakfast was disapointing... there were no option other then fruit for people who are gluten and/or dairy free and it was very cramped trying to serve yourself with people sitting the at "bar" area.
