My 3 young kids and I really enjoyed our stay. The beds are comfortable, it's quiet, there's a gas station next door for snacks. The staff are really nice.

It was comfortable stay except one night there was water problem. It was mentioned that 10 pm to 8 am there will be no water but water came after 9am. That delayed our plans for the day. Otherwise it’s very clean and comfortable property.

Disappointing stay overall

We stayed at this inn for two nights and unfortunately encountered several issues during our visit. There was a water leak in the bathroom, and the door handle was broken, making it impossible to lock. The presence of smokers around the property caused the smell to drift into our room, which was quite unpleasant. One of the most surprising aspects was discovering—only upon our return after a long day—that the city had scheduled a water shut-off for both nights of our stay. Although the hotel had been informed in advance, we were never notified, and only found out through a letter taped to our door. Additionally, there was no housekeeping service provided between nights, and despite bringing up the bathroom concerns on our first day, no action or follow-up was taken. Overall, we were disappointed with our experience and felt that the service and communication could have been much better.

2 star for airconditioning with no switches or remote to manage. It was blowing like it was set on low and never got the room cold enough to be comfortable even at night. It was worse during the day. Wont recommend during summer. Who knows what the heater is like in winter but I am willing to bet its not the best either. We had to keep our trash in bags as no one collected them. I asked the cleaning lady where to put them and she told me its at the back of the building while I was holding two full large bags, did not even offer to help (would have been nice to hear).

I love my stay there and the neighborhood is quiet. The staff are nice and polite. It is also near to the airport and it is quite easy ride there, even with buses. I only needed 2 nights stay in Toronto for a concert. It is better than having to stay with other people in the room with you. It was just what I needed.

Was looking for a cheaper option to stay near the airport. Which is what I got. At first it was what I expected, however during my stay there was a terrible smell in my room. I’m not sure where it was coming from, but it was there for almost my entire stay
