It's was a great staycation. Amenities are awesome, heated swimming pool, steam room, sauna and whirlpool. Did use them all including the family room even with adult children the old games were nastalgic... and you can't beat the location. Also.. great night sleep and views. Will do again in the summer. Oh and the STAFF were awesome from the multiple encounters with front desk, room service to the elevator peeps, we had a ball!!

POSITIVES: The facility was clean and beds were comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and the location is wonderful. Our lake view room had a great view. Also, free bottles of water at the front desk and filtered water taps in room were excellent options. NEGATIVES: The AC wouldn’t cool the room below 18.5 degrees Celsius. I like it cold at night and had trouble sleeping because it would not get cold enough. Secondly, there were no dresser drawers to put clothes away. So, we had to live out of our suitcase. Finally, the pastry shop in the lobby had stale bagels and croissants. OVERALL: I would recommend this hotel for anyone staying in downtown Toronto.
