Great location, staff, amenities and food. Surprise fees and charges ruin the experience.. Extra "facility" fee added per day which is just a price gouge. Additional 'fees' added if there is a. 'event' in town. Extra service charge for room service AND 15% added to room service. Honestly just adding random fees everywhere. Great hotel, but greedy.
