The room was big and clean a great find for the price in Yorkville. The staff was courteous and friendly. There was a fire alarm incident that went on for almost 10 minutes at 1 am on my second night there,.

yes to both those suggested messages. The entire hotel and especially your staff are extremely gracious, accommodating and very friendly. . The young man who served us dinner was really very interesting and we had a most enjoyable chat. Also the man who served us breakfast today was overly friendly and one felt as if you were visiting with family. The purpose of our trip to Toronto was for a family funeral and your staff and accommodations were a balm to those sad emothions.
