Great hotel and friendly staff. Only hiccup was previous person left done food in the fridge which we had to dispose of. Other than that issue everything was great. Restaurant breakfast was great and hotel was centrally located for our needs. Highly recommended

They mark the valet area with cones. Once they wave you over the the Valet desk, officers are giving $120 tickets. Even if you stop for 30 seconds. The police swarm this Hotel. The haveva passion for ticketing people at this location. There was no TV remote till 9pm after asking several times. The pool had paid swimming lessons taking place! We couldnt swim with out duaghter. The overal attitude of the staff was very abrasive for no reason at all. Not very friendly

Clean and a very convenient location! Bar was great! Bartender Vlad was nice and very knowledgeable about the drinks he was mixing.We ordered something to eat and it was delicious! We walked all over the city site seeing for long days and the only thing I would have enjoyed at the end of the day would have been a hot tub.

Great and central location in downtown Toronto. Steps away from the museum, Yorkville shops, university and subway. Service at the front desk and restaurant is slow and they aren’t very attentive (not refilling coffee, only one person at the front desk during peak check in/check out hours). Breakfast quality is ok (eggs lukewarm temperature) but not worth the money. We have stayed numerous times at this hotel over the past 30 years. It was better when it was an Intercontinental.

The food was horrible. I ordered Rom service 4 different times and the quality was terrible. Worse than fast food joints. I tried Breakfast twice and dinner twice. All 4 experiences were very unpleasant and extremely expensive for the quality. Very disappointed.
