To be fair I gave stuff and cleanliness a four star but overall experience is terrible primarily because their horrible networks or wifi for entire stays. I can't believe a 4-star hotel could have such bad basic facility issues which caused the wifi not usable AT ALL.

I booked a king room and they tricked me at the reception and checked me into a twin bed room. When I saw the room I immediately contacted the reception which they were unhelpful and the manager was not nice and told me it’s a “take it or leave it”. I asked for a refund and was rejected because “I already checked in”. The room was missing main amenities such as towels and slippers. I had to ask for literally everything and they take ages to respond. The room was dusty and unclean, the hallway was smelly and the carpets were dirty.

Great location! Adjacent to the Rogers Centre. Very convenient for attending the concert. Next to the train railway so it was very noisy but the staff was accommodating and provided earplugs. My room was very spacious. The shampoo bottle fell off the wall in the shower so they may want to invest in a better adhesive. Clean the floor before seating customers in the dining area. Overall, great stay. I'm looking forward to returning soon!
