The room was very clean, beds where very comfy. The food at the restaurant on site was excellent, we had dinner and breakfast, excellent service and quality. We sat over looking roger stadium, no game but very exciting non the less! Staff at the front desk where very kind and helpful in getting us a taxi.

The hotel itself is getting pretty run down, the carpet and wallpaper is looking rather rough. The continental breakfast was suppose to be included in my stay but I required a room change and the free breakfast was no longer included.

The location was excellent. The shower didn’t drain which was gross. Also staff knocked on our door to see if there was someone in the room on the day we arrived and in the morning of check out to see if the room was vacant…that’s what computer systems are for and it was weird.

The road outside is under construction and had to take a detour and go way out of the way to get to the door The beds are horrid! Chuck the sofa bed in the garbage, buy new with gel mattress and replace the mini double beds with queen size beds. Blankets are rough as pot scrubbers Not enough towels, hooks to hang them on, glasses. Paper coffee cups don’t fit in the coffee maker? $2 bottle water? 2 out of five stars

The only suggestion is that the bathroom light should be moved as it is behind the door when it is open. We were in Room 759. Otherwise the accommodations were perfect. We had a great time.

Overall good, disappointing place to eat.

My son and I got out of the SkyDome just after 10PM and he was hungry and I was told their kids menu ends at 10PM. Why they can't make a grilled cheese suddenly after 10PM is bizarre. There was a poutine on the regular menu and we got that, it was awful. The prices of the room service are highway robbery. Overall, it is worth it to stay there if you are going to an event at the SkyDome.
