Breakfast could be better in terms of variety and quality

Room was clean, staff were amazing however the food selection wasn’t the best, especially at the weekends.

Stayed here for three nights. Upon arrival, reception notified me that they’d upgraded my room to one with a view of the Burj Khalifa. Room was a very respectable size, as was the bathroom. Lovely modern decor and impeccably clean. Highlight of my stay had to be using the infinity pool and bar located on the 64th floor—the views of the Burj Khalifa are incredible. Also found all staff to be welcoming and helpful. Would definitely consider staying here on any future visits to Dubai.

Check in is terrible but the rest of the stay is wonderful.

Absolutely fantastic. Stayed for 4 nights while visiting UAE for a quick business trip. Staff all extremely friendly, room was excellent, stunning view and breakfast was great. The difference between this hotel and others is how above and beyond the staff go. I wouldn’t say the hotel is any more or less luxurious than others in the area, but being greeted with a smile by the team who help make sure you have everything you need is the difference that sets them apart. Will definitely be returning in future.
