The Shangri La Dubai is perfectly situated in downtown Dubai to be able to sightsee as tourists. It always smells amazing in the lobby, staff are so welcoming and service is top notch! Highly recommend if you’re thinking of visiting Dubai!

The hotel is conveniently located near downtown Dubai and we got free upgrade to a room with Burj Khalifa view which was fantastic. The room was beautiful, clean and quiet. Breakfast had a wide variety of food. Snacks at afternoon tea and happy hour were also delicious. The hotel is at the right size so the lobby, restaurants, and other public areas are not too crowded. What impressed us the most is the friendly staff and service. Every staff member we encountered was extremely friendly and attentive. We were very pleased with Ethan Sun (Fengchao Sun) and Daphne Du (Ying Du) who went above and beyond to help guests feel like home. They provided advices and shared tips to help us optimize our itinerary and experience. They truly showcased the superior level of hospitality at Shangri-La. My family had a wonderful stay, and my kids would only want to stay at Shangri-la for our next travel!

Their attention to detail and consistent kindness made us feel truly cared for throughout our stay. The food was another highlight: delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented across the board. I recently stayed at Shangri-La Dubai and had a wonderful experience. The hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of service, comfort, and location. An important business partner came to visit me one morning during my stay. We met in the lobby lounge. He happened to bring a cup of Starbucks coffee. A staff member approached and advised that it was policy that he could not have the coffee from the outside. I believe that is a terrible policy when guests are paying lots of money to stay in the establishment.
