We had an amazing time at this hotel. I ordered some roses and some chocolate covered strawberries and some wine and it blew my wife away. The attention to detail the caring and the effort put by the entire staff was amazing. The grounds were flawless everything was clean, and the staff could not have been more helpful. I would recommend this hotel to one of my friends or family.

The hotel is old and it feels tired. Very dated Sauna and steam area with showers that require refurb. The rooms are ok. We had some issues with a faulty sink but it was seen to. The front desk staff were excellent, had they been rude in any way, I would've cancelled. They did their best.

The staff at this hotel were awesomely accommodating and helpful throughout our stay. Our room was comfortable and clean. The view of Dubai’s iconic Burj Khalifa from our room window made our stay more memorable. The breakfast buffet was exceptional! A true 5-star hotel!

Everything - room, food and most of all the level of excellence in the staff. This Shangrila takes the Expedia VIP program to heart. I was provided with incredible perks. Instead of a room upgrade (because my room was amazing already), I was able to get Horizon Lounge access instead. The lounge experience here is 5 stars. Amazing breakfast, afternoon tea/snacks and evening cocktails. The Lounge staff about the best I’ve ever encountered. Such a great stay overall. Location is also excellent for anyone doing business in DIFC or near Burj / Business Bay. Well done, Shangrila!

Outstanding Stay at Shangri-La Dubai I had an exceptional experience at Shangri-La Dubai, and it truly deserves its outstanding reputation. From the moment I arrived, the level of service was remarkable. The staff were professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, always going the extra mile to ensure comfort and satisfaction. Every interaction felt thoughtful and personalized. The room was spacious, immaculately clean, and beautifully designed, with breathtaking views that made the stay even more special. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the attention to detail throughout the room reflected true luxury. The hotel’s facilities are excellent — from the elegant common areas to the well-maintained amenities. The location is also ideal, offering easy access to major attractions while still providing a calm and relaxing environment. The hotel was beautiful, clean and the customer service was impeccable! They made sure our stay was excellent. From the receptionist Coline, to the Director of rooms Assem, housekeeper Kelum and the wait staff in the Shang Palace Christine and every single staff were very polite and friendly! We had the best time!
We booked the bronze package for our 30th anniversary and it was beautiful!
