The staff here are all wonderful! 10/10 absolutely fantastic. Only negative was no microwave in the room, I needed to reheat my coffee lol. But amazing atmosphere, gorgeous views, and we will definitely be back. I’m a travel nurse so I frequent the Grand Canyon and this stay was amazing.

There was no wifi, no tv service, no ice machine unless you walked an actual quarter mile through the ice and snow to get to it, thefridge in the room did not get cold and we ended up leaving a day early because there were no amenities. I would like a refund for the second night of our stay because we left early.
