The STAFF !!!!! Friendly and very thoughtful. Front staff, breakfast staff, room staff. The modern environment was pleasing very clean. I appreciated the "Food Bar" that was convenient and well stocked. Easy to select choices and instant pay process. I am coming back next February.

This property is convenient to the U of A. There were homeless in the parking lot and around the hotel. If you are traveling alone, I would consider other options. The beds were comfortable but the rooms were not overly clean. Housekeeping every two days.
