Modern, open concept living area. Charming private patio with chiminea. Roomy master suite with a walk-in closet. Great home for entertaining or just relaxing and watching your favorite movies. Minutes from the University of Arizona, fabulous shopping and restaurants. Very secure gated neighborhood with a 2-car carport and ample parking if needed for guests. A Queen bed in each room and the large sectional in living room can also accommodate one or two persons if needed. The kitchen was just remodeled and has granite countertops, brand new appliances, stainless steel backsplash and new tile floors. No carpeting. No Pets. NO Smoking

The rental was very nice and clean. We found the rental was provided with the necessities for our 9 day stay. The rental was in a safe and quiet gated community. The pool area was nice. I can't speak much on the owner but felt that they were available if needed.

Chasing the Sun

We were home in Tucson for a 3-week visit. We chose this townhouse for its proximity to the Loop trail and Rio Vista nature park. We were able to walk to restaurants/pubs/groceries. It was perfect! Clean, quiet, and a pleasant pool area too. We look forward to visiting again.

My daughter and I were in town for the gem show. We had a excellent stay. The accommodations were perfect for us. It was clean, nice kitchen, beds were comfortable. We felt very safe there. Easy to get a hold of the owner and she quickly responded. Would definitely go back!

Wonderful Stay
