Clean cozy room and area. Helpful politte staff, including the parking crew, restaurants and starbucks crew! We appreciated the respect for our privacy while we enjoyed our 5 year anniversary getaway. Hospitality staff were lovely as well. Thank you for a great experience Arizona!

I booked this room with a balcony 3 months and cannot understand why i would get an accessible room . The bed was practically on the floor. Literally a foot off the floor. I have, in all my trips, sought out to stay at doubletrees only when possible. Probably over 20 years. I was supposed to check out December 14th but we struggled so badly to get in and out of bed. The bed surprisingly was not comfortable. We decided to get up Saturday morning enjoy the street fair have lunch and check out a day early to not endure pain & hassle. I let them know why we were checking out up front and i felt he couldnt have cared less. He also got on the radio to ask if they could clean it so they could rent the room that day then he said "oh you prepaid." I asked what we can do in the future, he said dont rent an accessible room. WELL I DID NOT!! I feel this is the end of my loyalty to the Doubletree Brand. Noone cares. What a waste of money and time. It's too bad. Downtown Tucson is so much fun and the location is perfect. Never again.

Typically a great stay. However, this time water pressure and hot water was almost non existent. The water pressure at some points during the shower would completely stop running. I normally take no longer than 5-7 minutes showering, with the last of water pressure I was in there for at least 20 minutes.

This is our hotel of choice when visiting Tucson. The rooms are clean. The staff is friendly. The restaurant offers a nice variety of options and it’s walkable to the Linda Ronstadt theater and downtown.
