Room was ok, the morning staff for check out RUDE! Got a late check out until 12:30, morning staff came knocking at 11:15ish like check out was 11am you've got 10 mins to leave! What no we got late check out she said no!! Then comes back at 12:33 says well I checked you did have late check out it was 12:30 so your still late! We did not use any amenities which was fine. But definitely not the service I would expect by any establishment, just un informed & RUDENESS. For the $ pay the extra 30$-50$ & stay at other hotels in the area! Rooms are what they are just OK, older hotel, slide door lock not functional.

Staff was kind. The room was not very clean there was hair in the tub, and the floor in the bathroom had not been swept or mopped properly. There were dust bunnies and bits of paint on it. There was also pee on the side of the toilet. Breakfast was ok, kids enjoyed the waffles. Heater worked well at night as it got chilly.

The staff was friendly, helpful and overall great. The room however, was dirty, some things were broken, the pillows old and stained and the bathroom was absolutely filthy. Hair from previous guests was on the floor, the tub had obviously not been scrubbed in a very long time and it was simply gross. I don't get reviews of this place. They were really misleading. I wouldn't stay here again nor would I recommend it to others.

Convenient location with comfortable & clean rooms. Service was friendly & prompt. Didn’t have breakfast so I can’t say how that was but… this is our second stay here. Only issue is the room deposit is still pending on my credit card 7 days after our stay - we were only there for a quick overnight stop. Odd, but not terribly inconvenient.

Wouldn’t give my dog a bath in that tub it was discussing, ask several times for it to be cleaned , wouldn’t do it , so I had to ask for room change , that tub was better but still not clean . Was double charged for 2 reservations , then charged for a no show , it was a mess , finally one very understanding staff member fixed all that mess , Room was clean , but if they can’t or won’t cleaned tubs correctly because there old then replace them

The building is old and dated. The maintenance and repairs are obvious, and look like they were done by an amateur. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was decent, average, nothing to rave about. Just okay. The AC worked but wasn’t necessary as the weather was cool.

The tub appeared dirty and worn. Caulking around toilet made it look dirty and unsanitary. The sink counter was worn away in several areas. Beds were clean. Good dark window coverings. Gap at the bottom of the door. Deposit was steep considering the condition of the room.
