Check-in was wonderful, I arrived at 10:30 at night and the girl checking me in was very helpful and nice, the hotel room was very clean and nice. The bed is very comfortable.

Great stay in Tucson

It was a great hotel for a great price. Rooms seemed to have been updated recently as the furniture was modern and they had laminate floors. Super close to the 10 Fwy.

I stay 2 nights here 1st stay they wanted to keep our deposit for some marks on the floor. Which we did not do. Marks looked old. 2nd stay was done through a reservation already paid. I even called in to confirm the reservation. When got the the room only had one bed. Yes it was accessible. I needed inorder to take a safe shower. I also picked a room with 2 beds. It was 4 people in our reservation. No way we should have had a room with one bed. Then the bathtub had alot scratches in it and it look like dried up poop in the scratches so we was not able to take a shower. No the experience was not good. Staff should know about the rooms before assigning quest. Staff was great they just need to be more knowledgeable about the rooms.

Lobby needs a 2nd person

Only one person working the desk. When I arrived there was no one in the lobby. I waited 15 minutes outside before I could check in. Then while walking back from dinner, I noticed the lobby was again empty. Set a bad tone for my stay. Apparently not finished with repairs in the bathroom, either.

Room was nice, clean and modern but the door was way off from the frame so there was about and inch and a half of space at the bottom that was wide open and then you couldn't deadbolt it before it was not at all lined up correctly.

King Size Bed Lower Level Room wasn’t cleaned very well prior to our check in & there was DOG HAIR everywhere, on the floors, behind the doors, on the chairs. Sheets and towels were clean. Location was good for freeway access but we did have someone out wandering the parking lot and yelling at around 4am. So I wouldn’t recommend staying here.
