It was nice, other than taking a shower. There was A LOT of water on the floor when I got out of the shower. The door was completely shut but I noticed there’s about a centimeter gap under the door. BUT other than that our stay was great.

Staff very friendly and helpful, available to go the mile and beyond for client satisfaction. No pool on this one I got confused with the other Hyatt downtown property thinking this one had a pool but it didn’t. It was my mistake dough.

The wood flooring was off in some places and made gaps. Had to sleep with earplugs because the air conditioner made a loud buzzing sound and taking off sound when stopping and starting . Room was way small for the price.

Our floor in our room was filthy. So bad I reported to front desk upon leaving for evening. Music outside our room kept us awake until 2am. Breakfast was mediocre at best. Toaster didn’t work.
